Q: Is there an age limit to enter the event?

A: While we welcome dancers of all ages, London Tap Jam cannot take responsibility for any participants under 18.

Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

A: No, we will have a list of everyone we are expecting.

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: We will issue a full refund if you cancel up to 7 days before the class. After that, unfortunately we are unable to provide any refunds. If we are forced to cancel the class, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

Q: The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

A: That is not a problem, but please let us know by emailing contact@londontapjam.org
