Melissa Almaguer (Mexico/NYC) is one of Mexico's leading tap dancers. She is mentored by Derick K Grant in New York City and is an alumna of The School at Jacobs Pillow.

Melissa is currently self-producing Oye Como Va, a show directed by Derick K Grant and choreographed by Derick K Grant and Dormeshia Sumbry-Edwards featuring some of the best tap artists in Mexico as well as international dancers.

Her taps are so crisp and clean- if you're working on clarity, technique and sound quality, this is the workshop for you!
